Jaivir Sharma is one of India’s most reputed Kabaddi coaches with more than 30 years of experience in training and mentoring athletes at national and international levels.

He has guided several teams and players to extraordinary accomplishments, including multiple gold medals across Asian Games, World Cups, and Kabaddi Championships.

Having previously served in the Sports Authority of India since 1992, Jaivir played an instrumental role in developing India's Kabaddi talent, producing award-winning players, and elevating the sport's recognition globally.

Varinder Singh Sandhu, a young and talented coach, has a proven track record in modern performance analytics, strength training, and tactical acumen.

Having previously served as Head Coach of the Indian Women’s Kabaddi team, Sandhu guided them to historic multiple gold medals at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou and the Asian Kabaddi Championship 2025 in Iran.

He has also coached Punjab state teams and the Indian Air Force across various national tournaments, where he instilled a winning mentality in young players.
