The Giants fought with an undying spirit in our fifth match of PKL 12, but the evening ultimately belonged to Dabang Delhi K.C., who registered a 38-28 win.

Right from the first whistle, we showed intent to challenge Delhi’s unit. Parteek Dahiya was outstanding in the raiding department, scoring nine raid points and keeping the opposition defence on their toes. Rakesh offered solid support, adding seven raid points, as the duo tried to pull the game back in Gujarat’s favour.

On the defensive front, Himanshu Jaglan chipped in with three tackle points, completing the milestone of 50 career tackle points in PKL. Despite our efforts, Delhi capitalised on key moments and established a 21-14 lead at half-time.

The Giants contested hard in the second half to close the gap. However, the opposition managed to keep the scoreboard ticking, winning the game by 38-28.

With the Vizag leg behind us, we now turn our focus to the Jaipur leg, where they play three matches. The Pink City quest begins with a clash against the Haryana Steelers on Monday, September 15. The Giants are determined to bounce back stronger.
